Is there a cost of purchasing the Takeon Phone Adaptor?
There is only a one time set up fee of $89.99 and as long as you maintain your Bi-Directional Service your Home phone is FREE
Is there a contract?
No there is no contract, we just need 30days notice and you must return that Takeon Phone Adaptor.
Does the Takeon Phone Service have 911 Service?
Yes and you have to always ensure that we have your current address on file
What is the difference between traditional 911 service and VOIP 911 Service
With the traditional wireline service, the telephone company knows exactly where you are and because your telephone is connected to a copper wire, you can’t go anywhere else. You can't move. When you call 911 with this type of phone, the Call Taker asks "911 do you need Police, Fire or Ambulance?" and then just transfers the call to the appropriate downstream agency. 911 services are fast and efficient. Takeon telephone service is connected over the Internet and Not by a regular phone line. Because of that, you can move Your phone to anywhere in the world that has high speed internet service. Because of that your physical location may change. There is some onus on You to update your information in the event that you move. TakeonVoIP updates your "last known address" with the information that you have provided. So we think we know where you are and we assume that you have updated us. Therefore with this type of telephone when you call 911 the Call Taker still asks "911 do you need Police, Fire or Ambulance?" but then adds the extra step to ask you to confirm your address. We want to be sure we send help to the right place! If you are still at your "last known address" then we immediately transfer the call. 911 service is fast and efficient.
There are no cancellation charges, what else needs to be done?

We require 30 days notice to complete the cancallation, please do not forget to return the Takeon Phone Adaptor with all its components. Ensure that all components of your Takeon device are returned in original working condition.
